Fachgruppe Milch und Lebensmittel FML

Statuten

Art. 1 Der Zweck der Fachgruppe soll erreicht werden durch:

1. Vermehrte Kontakte unter den Mitgliedern; gemeinsame Besuche von Ausstellungen und Unternehmen mit landwirtschaftlichem und lebensmitteltechnologischem Charakter; Angebot der Weiterbildung in beruflichen und para-beruflichen Bereichen;

2. die Mitarbeit in Kommissionen, die Teilnahme an Konferenzen, Kursen und Versammlungen;

3. die Organisation von Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen.

Art. 2 Die Fachgruppe Milch und Lebensmittel FML ist eine Gesellschaft nach Art. 60 und folgende des ZGB; sie hat zum Zweck:

1. Förderung der Kontakte und der freundschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen den Personen, die sich mit Milch und Lebensmittel beschäftigen;

2. Wahrung der Interessen der Inspektoren, Kontrolleure und Berater mit der Bestrebung deren soziale Stellung zu verbessern;

3. Beitrag zur Qualitätsförderung der Milch-, der Primär- und Lebensmittelprodukte;

4. Sicherung der Förderung des Berufes auf dem technischen Gebiet.
